The Art of Sally Miller
My name is Sally Miller and I am
a native Bostonian who has
spent the last 17 years living in
Florida.  This is my second year
in Bagdad.  Prior to that my
husband Charlie and I lived in
South Florida.  We have chosen
Bagdad  to be our resting place.
We love the weather and love
living here.   I love to garden and
use my garden and the nature
that I see when I walk and
bicycle around Bagdad as
inspiration for my plein air
watercolor paintings.

In addition to painting, I am an
elementary school teacher who
teaches Exceptional Student
Education and art at both
Bagdad Elementary and
Chumuckla Elementary.   I
majored in education in college
and graduate school and did not
start seriously painting until 8
years ago.  During those 8
years, I have studied with Lee
Benson, Jim Watson, Peter
Spatero and Nina Fritz.

I continue to study with different
teachers to learn more about
painting.

I look forward to you coming
and seeing my showcase.
